Priority Access Membership

The Snooker Section operates on a priority booking model rather than table hire.

All Full Members may use snooker tables when they are available.

**Members who subscribe to the Snooker Section receive additional membership privileges which include:

  • Access to the Club’s snooker table booking system;
  • The ability to reserve tables in advance;
  • Priority use of tables that have been booked through the approved system.

**No hourly or table hire charges are made.

The Snooker Section Subscription funds:

  • Maintenance and upkeep of tables;
  • Equipment replacement;
  • Competition organisation;
  • Booking system administration.

**Where a table has been properly booked by a Snooker Section Member, any non-Section Member using that table must courteously vacate it upon request.

**The Committee retains authority to:

  • Block tables for Club events or competitions;
  • Allocate tables for maintenance;
  • Adjust booking arrangements in the interests of fairness and Club operations.

**This structure ensures fair access, protects equipment, and allows the Club to manage usage responsibly while remaining a single unified membership
