Purpose

This section provides a structured record of formal proposals submitted by members relating to the governance, operation, and development of the Club.

It supports:

  • transparency of member-led initiatives
  • continuity of proposals over time
  • a clear record of matters raised for Committee consideration

What is included

This area contains:

  • formal proposals submitted to the Committee
  • supporting documents where relevant
  • a chronological record of submissions

Each proposal is presented as a complete and dated document, forming part of the Club’s governance record.


How to use this section

  • Select a year folder to view proposals submitted during that period
  • Open individual proposals to review the detail
  • Use the feedback options (where enabled) to indicate member sentiment

Where responses are received from the Committee, they will be recorded within the relevant proposal page.


Scope

Proposals may relate to:

  • facilities and infrastructure
  • member services and activities

This section does not include informal discussion or working drafts.
