Online Membership Register

This page has been created to help members understand and use the Club’s new online membership register.

This is a member support guide provided for information. It is not an official Committee notice.

With this new system, members will now be responsible for managing their own personal information. Assistance will be made available to members who are unable to use online systems.


How to Log In

  • You do not need a username or pre-set password
  • Visit the club register:
  • Or scan the QR code provided by the Club
  • Enter your registered email address
  • You will receive a secure login link by email

From there, you can:

  • Set your own password
  • Update your details
  • Manage your preferences

What You Need to Do

When you log in, please check your information carefully. Some details may be missing from previous records.

Please complete the following:

  • Upload a photo (for your membership record and card if required)
  • Confirm gender (if you wish to provide this)
  • Select your interests (to receive relevant news and event information)

  • Club Shop
    Buy event tickets, renew membership, and access Club services online

  • Members-Only Information
    Access meeting minutes, by-laws, code of conduct, and other official documents

  • Communication
    Email groups for common interest sections and Committee communications

Support for All Members

We recognise that not all members will wish to use online facilities.

For those unable to log in or make online payments, arrangements may be made to:

  • Update details manually
  • Process payments via alternative methods (e.g. bank transfer)

Please note that manual processes increase the workload on volunteers, so members are encouraged to use the online system where possible.

Some features, such as the Club Shop and members-only documents, will be introduced gradually.
