Next Wine Club Meeting

A Club Section – Organised by Members, for Members

The Wine Club is a recognised Section of Coulsdon Club, established for members who share an interest in wine and wish to explore it in a structured, sociable, and informative way.

The Club bar provides wine as part of its normal facilities. The Wine Club Section is separate and focuses on tasting evenings, education, and shared appreciation.

Specialist suppliers may be invited to present wines, discuss regions, growers, and production methods, and guide tasting experiences. Next Meeting Details

What to Expect

  • Guided tasting evenings featuring six wines
  • Insight into regions, producers, and styles
  • Occasional opportunities to meet suppliers or growers
  • A relaxed and sociable environment
  • A member-led Section that supports Club activities
  • Opportunities to purchase wine directly from suppliers at preferential prices

Four meetings are normally planned each year.

Section Subscription

The Wine Club operates on a subscription basis to ensure the Section is self-funding and that only participating members contribute to its costs.

Per-Meeting Subscription

  • For members who prefer to attend occasionally
  • By registering and paying for a meeting, you are treated as a Section member for that event

Members who attend all scheduled meetings may find the annual subscription the simpler option.

Subscription rates are displayed in the Club Membership Shop at the time of booking.

Ordering Wine

Members may, if they wish, order wine directly from invited suppliers.

  • Purchases are direct transactions between the member and the supplier
  • The Club does not sell, stock, invoice, or fulfil wine orders
  • Suppliers may make a voluntary donation to the Club in recognition of introductions or events
  • Offers may be shared with friends and family at the member’s discretion

Attendance

Attendance is limited to Club members.
Non-members may attend only as guests of members, or under the Club’s Event Membership arrangements in accordance with Club Rules.

Registering

Members may register interest and obtain further information through their membership account.
Meeting details and supplier information will be circulated in advance of each event.
