Delegated Authority Resolution

The Committee of the Comrades of the Great War Club Ltd resolves that:

[NAME] is appointed as the Club's authorised representative for the administration of the Club's [ACCOUNT, SERVICE OR SYSTEM NAME].

The Committee acknowledges that [NAME] is acting as a [committee member / volunteer / contractor / adviser] on behalf of the Club and [is / is not] an officer of the Society.

The Committee authorises them to:

  1. Access and administer the Club's [ACCOUNT, SERVICE OR SYSTEM NAME].
  2. Complete identity verification, security checks and compliance requirements requested by the service provider.
  3. Provide and update details of Committee members, officers, authorised signatories and authorised representatives where required.
  4. Provide information relating to the Club's banking arrangements, payment processing activities, governance arrangements and business operations where reasonably required.
  5. Correspond with the service provider and respond to enquiries concerning the operation and maintenance of the account or service.
  6. Maintain the accuracy of account records, contact details and authorised user information.
  7. Submit applications, updates, verification requests and account maintenance requests on behalf of the Club.
  8. Act as the Club's designated point of contact for administration, verification, compliance and operational matters relating to the account or service.
  9. Report material matters arising from the administration of the account or service to the Committee.

The Committee confirms that [NAME] is acting with the authority of the Committee for the purposes of administration, verification, security, regulatory compliance and routine account management relating to the above account or service.

This authority remains in force until withdrawn or amended by a subsequent Committee resolution.
