How Information is Managed

A Member-Led System

The Members Hub is maintained by members and volunteers.

Each page has a named owner responsible for keeping it up to date.

Keeping Information Accurate

Page owners are responsible for:

  • updating dates and details
  • removing outdated content
  • ensuring clarity

The aim is to keep information useful and current.

Working Drafts

Some pages are published as Working Drafts.

This allows:

  • ideas to be shared early
  • feedback to be gathered
  • improvements to be made

This is a deliberate and useful part of how the Club operates.

Active Information

When a page becomes Active, it represents:

  • current practice
  • agreed guidance
  • or established arrangements

Archived Pages

Archived pages are retained for:

  • reference
  • transparency
  • historical context

They are not current guidance.

Continuous Improvement

The Hub will evolve over time.

Members are encouraged to:

  • suggest improvements
  • highlight unclear information
  • contribute where they can

This keeps the system practical and relevant.
