Wine Offer Landing Pages

Wine offer landing pages are public Club pages used to support Wine Club meetings and supplier offers.

They are Club-branded pages. The supplier provides the wine, confirms the order, takes payment, and fulfils the request. The Club hosts the page, organises the meeting, and receives copies for administration.

Where To Edit

In Grav Admin, open:

Service Landing Pages -> Wine Offer Grape Variety

The page uses the wine-order template. Editing should be done through the page tabs, not by editing raw code.

Editing Tabs

Page Offer

Use this tab for:

  • public heading;
  • meeting date line;
  • hero image;
  • supplier logo;
  • introductory wording;
  • Club notice.

Keep the wording Club-led. The supplier is promoted as the wine supplier, not as the Club venue.

Meeting Payment

Use this tab for the separate meeting subscription links.

Current pattern:

  • members pay through the Club shop;
  • guests and event members pay through the card payment link.

These payments are for attending the Wine Club meeting. They are separate from wine orders.

Wine Requests

Use this tab for the wine list.

Each wine can have:

  • wine name;
  • form field code;
  • quantity unit;
  • pack size text;
  • price text;
  • bottle image;
  • tasting note;
  • show on page toggle.

If a member wants a case, they enter 12 bottles. Case offers are not used on the current simplified page.

Do not change the form field code after the page is live unless a technical administrator is checking the form and email output. The code connects the quantity box to the email summary.

Supplier & Email

Use this tab for:

  • supplier name;
  • supplier location;
  • supplier email address;
  • supplier phone;
  • supplier address;
  • supplier website;
  • confirmation text.

The supplier email address is where the live order request is sent.

The Club wine mailbox and Wine Club organiser receive copies through the form configuration.

Page Media

Upload offer-specific images here.

Use page media for:

  • bottle images;
  • supplier logos;
  • hero images;
  • temporary offer artwork.

Club-owned logos and official Club assets are managed separately in ClubDocs.

Testing Before Sharing

Before sharing the public link:

  1. Check the page wording.
  2. Check bottle names, prices, and images.
  3. Check the supplier email address.
  4. Submit one test request using your own email address.
  5. Confirm receipt by the Club mailbox, Wine Club organiser, and the user email.
  6. Confirm supplier delivery only when the supplier is ready.

Archiving An Offer

When an offer is no longer current:

  • change the page status to Archived; or
  • copy the page to create a new dated offer and keep the old page for reference.

Do not reuse old supplier offers without checking prices, bottle availability, and email addresses.
